Sugar Skull Wooden Wall Cabinet

This is a small, hand-carved wooden wall or table cabinet with two internal shelves.  It is made of walnut.  

It has an arched opening with an inner frame and flat base, designed to be displayed on a surface or potentially mounted on a wall.

Just look at the intricate carvings on the top. 

It even has the history of the piece on the backside of the wooden wall cabinet.
