- **Express shipping (DE)**: 1–2 business days | $9.90 (free for orders over $100)
- **EU countries**: 5–10 business days | $9.90 (free for orders over $150)
**2. Delivery process**
- All orders placed before **2 p.m.** will be packed the same day (Mon–Fri).
- Tracking will be provided via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
- Shipping partners: DHL, Hermes, DPD (depending on the region).
**3. Special cases**
- **Bulky goods** (e.g., furniture): +$29 | Delivery time: 2–3 weeks (advance notice by phone).
- **Personalized accessories** (e.g., engraved bags): +3–5 business days production time.
