#### **1. Scope**
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop **Enbshop** (operated by **ExampleShop GmbH**). They regulate the purchasing relationship between you (the customer) and us (ExampleShop GmbH) for the product groups **Shoes, Clothing, Bags & Accessories, and Furniture & Home Accessories**.

- By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- The order confirmation via email does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
- The purchase contract is only concluded upon our **shipping confirmation** or delivery.
#### **3. Prices & Payment Terms**
- All prices are in dollar ($)**, including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
- Payment methods: **Credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, advance payment, invoice (only after credit check)**.
- In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees ($5) and default interest (5% above the base interest rate).
#### **4. Delivery & Shipping**
- Delivery time: **2–5 working days** (US), **3–10 working days** (EU).
- Shipping costs: **Germany: $4.90 (free for orders over $50)** | **EU: $9.90**.
- Risk transfer: The risk of accidental loss is transferred to you upon handover to the carrier.
#### **5. Right of withdrawal & return**
- You have a **14-day right of withdrawal** from receipt of the goods.
- Returns must be received by us within **14 days** of the cancellation notice.
- **Free returns**: Use our **Returns Portal** (Enbshop) for a prepaid return label (US).
- Exceptions: Hygiene products (e.g., socks) and custom-made furniture are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
#### **6. Warranty & Guarantee**
- Legal warranty: **24 months** from delivery.
- **Manufacturer warranties** apply additionally (see product details).
- In case of defects: Contact us at **[email protected]** for replacement or repair.

Your data will be processed in accordance with our **Enbshop(Link)**. We do not share any data with third parties, except for order processing (e.g., logistics partners).
