Each mill is entirely handmade in Italy, and every piece is unique a harmonious blend of artisanal tradition and contemporary elegance.To fill your mill, hold the main body firmly in one hand and grasp the top (cap) with the other. Pull apart with a strong, steady motion the tight fit is intentional, designed to ensure a secure seal. Once the cap is removed, fill the hollow cavity with salt or pepper as desired. To replace the cap, align the central metal rod with the hexagonal socket inside the cap. Push the cap firmly back into place until flush with the body. To grind, simply turn the top. The grind size can be adjusted via the dial at the base of the mill, marked with symbols indicating coarser to finer settings.
