R D.lab Pontormo Knife Red Handle

The Pontormo knife is extremely versatile and, thanks to its shapes, lends itself to multiple uses. It is a reproduction of a knife depicted in the painting “Supper at Emmaus” by the painter Jacopo Carucci, known as Jacopo da Pontormo or simply Pontormo, on display at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. It is very convenient for cutting cheese, but is also ideal for meat and vegetables. Its blade is angled to the handle to force better, it has a curved cutting edge to function as a crescent, and with its blade width you can easily pick up the cut. The smooth blade allows food to be cut correctly, preserving its flavor and appearance. It is offered together with its own unique log, so that it can be safely stored and, at the same time, have it easily available at all times.
