Lochcarron Of Scotland Fraser Grey Selkirk Heavyweight Tweed Tie

Our Fraser Grey Neck Tie is a grey-based tartan with white and black overchecks. It is custom-made from our heavyweight (Selkirk 16oz.) tweed fabric. It is a great finishing touch to any outfit and we also have a matching bow tie and pocket square.

New for 2023, our Selkirk Tweed™ is made from 100% pure new wool and, 50% of the wool is of Scottish origin. As we continue our environmental journey one of our aims is to increase our use of British and Scottish sourced yarns for our fabrics and accessories. The Selkirk Tweed™ stock range comprises of nine classic tartans interpreted to reflect our natural environment and have been woven with a kilting selvedge. This quality is based on our premium Strome™ and is a beautiful addition to our stocked tartans. They have been created to match our heavyweight Selkirk Tweed KIlt. Of Norman origin, this clan settled on the Borders about 1160 and later came northwards to settle in the Highlands. One of the most notable branches of the clan is the Frasers of Lovat.
