We return to Madras fabrics each spring for their timeless charm and easy-wearing style. And when we say timeless, we really mean it. This particular Madras was first released by the original Gitman brothers, Alfred and Shelly, in the late 1980's. This style's deep black and navy coloring make it incredibly versatile no matter the decade, so we felt it deserved a spot in our latest collection. Like all of our archival Madras styles, this style is rendered on a wonderfully lightweight 100% cotton that wears best through the warmer months. Leaning a bit more casual, we feel this style pairs best with any color of denim or chinos, navy sport coats, and leather footwear.
