We return to Madras fabrics each spring for their timeless charm and easy-wearing style. And when we say timeless, we really mean it. This particular Madras was first released by the original Gitman brothers, Alfred and Shelly, in the early 1980's. With a highly versatile blue and tan plaid, we feel this style is as wearable today as it was 40 years ago. Like all of our archival Madras styles, this style is rendered on a wonderfully lightweight 100% cotton that wears best through the warmer months. Leaning a bit more casual, we feel this style pairs best with dark denim or chinos, navy sport coats, and leather footwear.
