I love the new pan and the ultra slick, durable coating with a long life and no chemicals. I have several other more expensive pans but this is a great size and the non-stick ceramic coating makes the clean up a breeze.

I really like these pans for my induction range but I replaced the ones I bought 3.5 years ago because they were no longer non-stick. I am hoping these will last longer because the ceramic coating seems different than my older ones. They are expensive pans so you would expect them to remain non-stick for much longer than 3.5 years. I was very careful to always hand wash them and did not use metal utensils or non-stick sprays on them.
