Bohemia Design Folklore Votive Partridge

Inspired by milagro ‘miracle’ votives, our collection of embossed metal decorations are crafted to bespoke illustrations inspired by Celtic folklore and nature. These decorative charms can be seen as a source of good luck and protection in the way that many cultures have used votive symbols in their homes and holy places over the centuries.

The partridge is seen as a symbol of fertility and also of transmutation. Partridges have a magical ability to change their appearance and camouflage themselves to blend in with their surroundings.

Hang the votives individually or in groups from the ring attachment on the reverse, or add a velvet ribbon or colourful thread for an extra touch of magic.
