The 'Solis Rex' candle is a commemoration of France's favourite King, Louis XIV's, who was widely known as 'The Sun King'. The Day Star was his emblem.

The fragrance spews intricate parquetry of the Hall of Mirrors at Château de Versailles. This luxurious scent blends the rich aroma of wax and candelabras with the essence of the palace itself. A fragrant mix of incense weaves through coniferous trees, highlighted by fresh citrus notes, evoking the grandeur of Versailles's wooden floors.

In a handblown glass, the front is embossed with a gold crest, the ultimate edition to your mantle, bedside or coffee table.

Manufactured at the Trudon workshop in Normandy, France, using unrivalled expertise handed down the generations.

Completely paraffin-free and made using only the finest natural oils and vegetable waxes, each 270g candle burns cleanly and evenly for 55-60 hours.
