Sugar Skull Vintage Bell Pull

This is a exquisite vintage bell pull, a decorative textile used historically as a handle for a servant call bell.

The edges are trimmed with red velvet and a blue rope-like design. 

The top and bottom are finished with decorative brass or metal hardware, including a ring at the bottom, which would have connected to the bell mechanism.
