Limit 1 - Meringue powder is a MUST to make sugar & icing hard. 8 oz is approximately 2 cups, or 4 portions of 1/2 cup. It takes 1/2 cup for a ten pound batch of sugar skull mix, or 1 batch of Royal Icing.
