Yes, the picture shows 3 boxes of skulls, but it just looks pretty and shows the variety of uniquely decorated skulls. All are similar but different. This year, we only sell the Oaxacan medium, beautifully decorated sugar skulls. All are handmade in the U.S.A.   by local Bay area artist, Elizabeth McCarthy.
