Sugar Skull Box - Antique Chocolate Box From Loft

This is a vintage paper candy box features intricate repousse designs of grapevines, flowers & leaves, surrounded by a central cartouche with the embossed "Loft New York" logo. Loft Chocolates were the luxury candy shop since 1890 and had many locations until the 1940s, but are now, only a memory from your grandmother's day. These ornate candy boxes, are consistent with fancy paper boxes made in France during the early 1900's. Inside, there is paper lace trim still intact. This box is over 100 years old and nice and clean enough to reuse again and again.  Fill with your Godivas, Recchiuti chocolates or make some of your own chocolates using our flaming heart milagro candy molds.
