RECLINING ACTION

The Comfi-Sit chair is fitted with a super smooth Omega reclining action, allowing you to recline to a seemingly infinite number of positions.  The chair only needs to be positioned 10cm (4”) from the wall, to be able to fully recline.  The chair has full chaised seating - there's no gap between the chair and footrest when reclined - for added comfort.

The chair is available either as a manual or power recliner.  The manual recliner comes with the choice of either a catch or handle.  The catch offers a more sleek and seamless look whereas the handle makes it easier to operate, particularly if you suffer from poor mobility in your hands. 

The power reclining option allows you to recline and sit up at the touch of a button. A two-button switch controls an electric motor, taking you up and down effortlessly.  The power recliner is available, with a rechargeable pack.  This offers the advantage over the stand-alone power recliner, in that you don’t need to leave a cable running from the base of your chair to the wall socket.  Once the pack is fully charged you can operate the recliner for several hours without needing to be plug in.

On both the manual and power recliner, you are able to specify whether you want the controls for the reclining action, on your left or right-hand side.

 

FABRICS

The Comfi-Sit suite is available in a huge choice of quality fabrics, ranging from stylish chenilles to plain and patterned velvets in both modern and traditional designs.  All fabrics are carefully selected for their popular colours, attractive designs and durability.

In Band B you will find a range of Aquaclean fabrics, which have been treated with a revolutionary fabric protector that allows you to clean stains using water only. The special coating is able to resist stains, such as wine, ink, sauce, fat, mud, chocolate and cream and can even prevent pets’ claws from fraying fabrics. 

 

FOOT OPTION

The Comfi-Sit suite is available with either castor or glide feet. Castors are designed for use on carpeted floors, to enable the furniture to be manoeuvred relatively easily, whereas Glides are designed for solid floors.
