Designed for demanding, changing conditions encountered by those who take on multi-day and night treks, where overnight conditions can vary from warm to freezing, UpHill Sport “Recon” Tactical 4-Layer M5 Socks are medium weight, calf-high socks that use a multilayer structure for heat retention and to transfer moisture away from the skin to keep feet warm and dry. The four layers create a versatile Drytech solution by combining Coolmax and Merino wool, optimising thermal capabilities, moisture control and breathability. The sock is able to dry fast overnight and does not absorb sweat and smell.

The terry loop cushioned footbed uses merino wool’s natural warmth and breathability to improve comfort for every step you take. The foot section includes a fitted heel, and arch support in the mid-foot that assists in keeping the sock in place, wrinkle free. A seamless toe design prevents the friction rubbing that can cause blisters. Uphill Sport use only mulesing free merino wool, preventing potentially cruel farming methods.
