With a TOG rating of 3.1, (8 x warmer than a basic cotton sock) IOMI Heat Holders Raynaud's Socks have been developed to help alleviate the symptoms of Raynaud's, with a thermal double layer design to insulate against cold and retain body heat.

The advanced Japanese designed thermal yarn used is high performance, with superior moisture breathing abilities and softness. Innovative knitting technology turns the yarn into a long looped cushion pile that is then expertly brushed to maximise the warm air holding ability of the fibres, increasing the tog rating and providing long-lasting warmth and comfort. The thick socks have slip-resisting treads so they can be safely worn around the home.
