We use an ancient technique to make these rings and hand pick each of the vintage point cut diamonds which are then cast directly into place.

We use vintage diamonds throughout the Sands of Time collection. These diamonds come from jewellery pieces that have been recycled. Cut by hand, they were designed to twinkle in low light, gas and candle light. They have a softer sparkle than modern stones. By choosing to have a ring made with a vintage diamond you are choosing a sustainable future, saving energy, by-passing newly mined and cut stones, giving a new life to an old stone made by nature millions of years ago and cut by a lapidary, perhaps up to 200-300 years ago .
