Quill Large Earring is handcrafted from yellow gold vermeil. The double-edged Quill is an elegant yet dangerous curve. Created for the Alexander McQueen SS03 show, Irene, it is an expansion of the pointed aesthetic Leane curated in the 90s. The porcupine-inspired shape is reverent to our House codes: Line, dramatic spikes, androgynous cuts with a modern sensibility. Distilled, here, into a powerful yellow gold earring, Quill's curvilinear lines are softened, with symmetrical framing of the face and an elongated neck. Designed as a two-piece construction, with a left and a right side and a dazzling drop of 54mm - a powerful length with dynamic energy.
