: This nail polish is highly pigmented, which results in vibrant color payoff. For maximizing the neon effect, it is recommended to apply Semilac Fiber Base before the nail polish.

Usage: To use, apply a thin layer of Semilac® Color on top of the cured Semilac® Base layer, then cure under a UV lamp. Avoid direct application on the nail plate. You can reapply Semilac® Color for better results. Finally, finish your nail styling by applying and curing the Semilac® Top coat.
