Salty Crew is proud to collaborate with Leucadia Blade Co on this limited edition 8" Hamachi fillet knife.

The limited edition Hamachi fillet knife features a thin, hard, high-performance Detroit Diesel Green cerakote 8" blade with custom engraved Yellowtail & surface iron art on port and Salty Crew Alpha Flag logo on starboard. Engineered for precision and performance. The Hamachi fillet knife features an 8" medium-stiff flex blade, ideal for clean, accurate cuts. It features a 0.100-inch spine thickness with distal taper and a thin edge geometry for effortless filleting.

The Detroit Diesel Green cerakote 8" steel blade is crafted from AEB-L Swedish stainless cryogenic heat-treated to 61 Rockwell hardness. Blade is machine-ground & coated with Cerakote to provide extreme corrosion resistance.

100% Made in the USA. Handmade leather sheath included.

Leucadia Blade Co. began in 2016 as a father & son project in their garage in Encinitas, CA. Scott is a local high school history teacher of 27 years, and son Anthony is a graduate of UCSD. Each knife is meticulously crafted by Scott and Anthony, still today, out of their workshop in Encinitas, CA.
