The Perry dress is luxe, limited, and beyond lovely. Only 26 of this particular balloon sleeve, shift dress will be made, the pearl cloque is adorned with sprays of lavender stalks, bluebells, and rosemary. At the neckline, hand-embellished faux pearls and crystals line the center front slit and follow the neckline.
