Slightly smaller than our other Chef Pans, but just as mighty, this 24 cm Pan is tailored for the needs of couples and smaller families. Renowned for its undisputed versatility, the Chef Pan goes from simmering soups to crafting the most delicious risottos. In this covered version, the addition of a lid expands its utility. Use it to stir flavorful pasta sauces, allowing them to simmer partly covered, or put it to the test for browning and simmering hearty stews.

Crafted in solid copper for superior heat conductivity, hammered for increased strength and lasting beauty and tin-lined by hand over fire — so naturally low-stick. The riveted handle is cast in solid bronze, and the lid is crowned by Ruffoni's signature acorns and leaves.
