Slip on this ethereal cape gown for soft, flowy movement.  Cut from a dreamlike silk print of fairies drawn by Kate’s and Laura’s mother, artist Victoria Mulleavy, its keyhole neckline is edged in shirred off-white lace trim and tied with a ribbon.  Its silk chiffon cape of the same print is trimmed with scalloped off-white lace from neckline to floor sweeping hem.
