Maybe it's a cojoined set of saddlebag twins or maybe it's a duffel bag that droops over on both sides. We may fight each other on what it looks like, but the one thing we can agree on is that this thing is huge. It normally packs in a whopping 60 liters of capacity but if you really need the extra storage, you can eek out another 8 liters by only rolling the seal over once (sacrificing initial weatherproofing to favor storage volume)

The Great Basin Saddlebag takes a modular approach to packing; the large horseshoe-shaped shell is a catch-all for smaller drybags so you can effectively sort your packed gear. It includes 2 smaller drybags, 1 for each "leg" then a third larger drybag for bridging along inside the top. Its roll top closure offers an initial layer of defense from the elements granting the waterproof drybags a formidable cocoon of protection against Mother Nature (for when she's having a bad day and taking it out on you).  

Possibly the best feature of the Great Basin Saddlebag is its self-supporting semi-rigid structure that doesn't need to rely on a rack system; this saves physical pounds and financial pounds. The Great Basin simply rests on your pillion seat and straps onto your passenger peg mounts.
