Featuring a multi-layered and adaptive impact system, the Formula Helmet employs advanced technology focused on protection that goes beyond preventing skull fractures and addresses the risk of serious concussions.

Fly's Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON technology, constitute the helmet's primary line of defense. Using innovative viscoelastic material, these Impact Energy Cells improve energy dissipation upon impact through strategically placed internal components. For secondary protection, Fly combines their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in critical areas, carefully designed to respond effectively to both low and high-speed impacts. Additionally, the Conehead EPS design results in a softer, lighter foam, which increases comfort by reducing overall weight and more efficiently absorbing impact forces across a variety of impact scenarios.
