Our Tulle Cape provides the perfect accessory for that Instagram-worthy moment. The Tulle Cape is one layer of our delicate bobbinet tulle fabric that starts at the neck with a dainty ruffle collar and falls near the hips. The cape is secured in place by a hook and eye to be fastened at the hollow of the neck.
