Use SPF protection during the day. If mild irritation or redness occur, use every other night until skin adjusts. Gradually build to nightly useApply a generous amount of peeling gel to clean, dry skin. Gently massage in a circular motion to help temporarily exfoliate. Rinse well with water. For longer exfoliation, leave on for one to five minutes before rinsing. Use one to three times a week depending on skin sensitivity.Combination, oily and acne prone skin, use cleansing gel once or twice daily. Normal, dry and sun damaged skin, use two to three times a week at first, increasing usage if well-tolerated. Apply a small amount of cleansing gel over moistened skin with the fingertips. Work into a rich, foamy lather and massage gently for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry.
