Twisted Captions is the hilarious adult party game of competing to create the funniest, most twisted caption for a picture.

(And yes, your eyes do not deceive you... we designed an actual twisted box!)

Put your wit to the test as you race against time to come up with the most hilarious caption. In just 60 seconds, you'll need to use your creativity to make your friends laugh out loud. 

Quick and easy to learn, place the picture cards face down on the table next to the timer and scatter the 350 word tiles so they’re all visible. Turn over a picture card, showing it to all players, then start the timer.

Players have 60 seconds hunt through the risqué words and compile them into a caption for that picture using as many or as few of the words as they choose!

Once the time is up, take turns to read your captions aloud and vote for the best one. The player with the most votes wins the image card. 

The first player to win 5 cards wins the game and is crowned the funniest and most twisted!
