Crafted using a "Bologna" construction, also known as sacchetto meaning 'little bag', a method dating from the turn of the last century, where the upper is built like a glove with a stitched sock made of soft leather rather than a traditional insole. The result is a solid shoe which will wear over time into the comfort of the softest slipper.
