The flour is high in protein and perfect for baking. It gives a great peanut flavor to any recipe and can even be used as a thickener for soups. Our peanut flour is 12% defatted.

Ideas for Using Peanut Flour

For breakfast, stir a few tablespoons into your oatmeal or smoothies or add a 1/2 cup into homemade muffins and pancakes. For lunch, add peanut flour into homemade sandwich bread or in a peanut dressing for salads and cold noodles. At dinner time, use the flour as a coating for chicken, pork or fish, or use it in place of breadcrumbs in meatballs and meatloaf.

For the all-important fourth meal of the day, dessert, use the flour as a substitute for regular flour.
