Basic Cooking Instructions for Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Water
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
DirectionsBring water and salt to a boil. Add rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Makes one serving
Microwave Instructions: In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats and 1 cups water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Makes one serving.
There are approximately 4 3/4 cups per pound.
