How to Use:

1. Assemble: Place the black stand on a flat surface, set the cushion on top, then rest the bell on the cushion.  
2. Gently Strike: Use a soft mallet or bell stick (sold separately) to produce a clear, calming tone. If you hit the bell on either the inner or outer part of the rim, it will produce a clean, long tone, as opposed to hitting it straight on top of the rim. 
3. Enjoy: Ideal for marking meditation sessions, enhancing yoga practices, or creating mindful moments.
