Nauticalia RAF Scampton Canberra WJ992 Pin Badge

The RAF Scampton collection of lapel pin badges pays tribute to the aircraft that operated from Scampton in the 100 years to its closure in 2022. Each is cast and hand finished, by expert UK jewellers, from metal taken from the actual aircraft, which is then enveloped in pure copper and plated in silver. This badge has been crafted from RAF Canberra aircraft WJ992, which was built as a B2 and issued to 76 Squadron before becoming an experimental aircraft in the famous ‘Raspberry Ripple’ paint scheme. Measuring approximately 30mm across, it arrives gift-boxed, with a certificate of authenticity.
