Nauticalia RAF Scampton Avro Lancaster PA474 Pin Badge

The RAF Scampton collection of lapel pin badges pays tribute to the aircraft that operated from Scampton in the 100 years to its closure in 2022. Each is cast and hand finished, by expert UK jewellers, from metal taken from the actual aircraft, which is then enveloped in pure copper and plated in silver. This badge has been crafted from the only two remaining airworthy examples of this legendary warbird; Lancaster PA274 is still in use today with the Royal Air Force’s Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Measuring approximately 30mm across, it arrives gift-boxed, with a certificate of authenticity.
