Application:For a simple lined look:

• Step 2. Starting at the bottom inner corner of your eye, glide the tip of your Tattoo Studio waterproof gel eyeliner pencil along the lower lash line.

• Step 1. Line the gel liner pencil along the roots of your lashes, side to side, and add a wing if desired.
• Step 2. Using the tip of your finger or a beauty blender, smudge out as desired.
