To use Super Stay 24® 2-Step Liquid Lipstick:Step 1. Apply liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips using the built-in applicator, starting at your Cupid’s bow and working outward.Step 2. Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra-conditioning lip balm to seal in moisture.Step 3. Reapply the lip balm throughout the day as needed to replenish shine and hydration.Step 4.
