Crafted in 14K Yellow Gold, this necklace features a pear shaped sapphire gemstone (5 by 3 mm), along with 0.04 carats of genuine, natural diamonds in a bezel setting.

This necklace comes with a 18" diamond cut chain, with jump rings at 16" and 17" so you can adjust the length as needed. The motif is 7.25 mm wide and 7.40 mm long.
