HOW TO USE

First Shake gently in order for the mix of oils and the water to blend.

Then pour half of the mist in the refill bottle into the mist Bottle and save the rest until the next refill. When almost finished with the mist in the refill bag make sure to also pour the stones!

when meditating, on your pillow at night,

in the room where you are

and even on your clothe.
