Ross Hunting Ancient Lightweight Tartan is a vibrant green-based tartan with orange overchecks. Woven using 100% Pure New Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.

The Rosses take their name from the Province of Ross and in the Highlands are called Clan Andrias, or "Children of Andrew", from an early chief who is said to have been a devotee of St Andrew. Fearchar Mac an-t-sagairt, or "son of the priest", of Applecross, is traditionally claimed as their ancestor.
