Murray of Tullibardine Modern Heavyweight Tartan is a red-based tartan with blue and green checks.

The Murrays of Tullibardine fought at the Battle of Flodden in 1513, supporting Mary, Queen of Scots and turned against her when she married the Earl of Bothwell. Sir John Murray was made Earl of Tullibardine in around 1606, with his title advancing to Marquess od Tullibardine in 1676. The Murrays were powerful and had many important branches.
