MacNab Ancient Heavyweight Tartan is a bright orange-based tartan with colourful pink and green checks.

In Gaelic the MacNabs are called Clan-an-aba, meaning "Children of the Abbot". They claim to be descended from the Abbot of Glendochart and held lands at Loch Tay. These lands were forfeited during opposition to King Robert the Bruce.
