MacKay Blue Ancient Lightweight Tartan is a bright blue-based tartan with shades of green and black. Woven using 100% Pure New Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.

During their long history, this Sutherland clan has played a leading part in the affairs of the north. They claim descent from the Royal House of NacEth, Mormaers of Moray. The MacKay estates were sold to the House of Sutherland at the beginning of the 19th century.
