Boyd Ancient Lightweight Tartan is a muted orange and green based tartan with shades of yellow, woven using 100% Pure New Wool. Can be made into kilts, clothing, soft furnishings and craft-projects.

One likely derivation of this name is that it is taken from the Island of Bute, the Gaelic name of which is Bod. This, in the genitive becomes Bhoid.
