Our Borders MacDonald Dress Weathered Lambswool Large Fringed Cushion Cover is a muted tartan with a white, forest and sage green base and red and brown overchecks. This cushion cover is soft and comforting and inject a little warmth into your home. Made from our 100% lambswool blankets and tailored in-house. All cushion covers have a decorative fringe on the front with an envelope closure. Available in 2 sizes. The small cushion cover fits a 30cm x 40cm (11.8" x 15.7") cushion pad and the large cushion cover fits a 45cm x 45cm (17" x 17") cushion pad.

This tartan descended from Donald, grandson of Somerled of the Isles, and is the oldest and more famous of all Scottish Clans. The Lords of the Isles held sway over large territories and ruled as independent princes. They supported Bruce in his struggle for Independence, but their claim to the Earldom of Ross brought them into conflict with the Crown.
