The Rise N Hi Kut Out Surge is a high-waisted cut-off short with a raw cut hem and classic five-pocket detailing. Made from premium rigid denim in a classic vintage blue wash, it features grinding at the waistband, pockets, and hem with sporadic bleach splatters to give a worn-in look, finished with Ksubi branded hardware, T-box and 3x4 embroidery, and a removable pocket tag attached to the wearer's right back pocket.
