Kitchengrips Lemon Gin Spritz

Cool tangy and refreshing would best describe this Cocktail. Lemon Gin Spritz, easy to make with our simple recipe, add a little water to our mix, some Gin and top with Prosecco. To elevate this Spritz, serve in a highball glass with the rim trimmed with our new ‘Citrus Sugar Rimmer’.

Makes 6 servings. 105 g (3.7 oz)

FOR A PITCHER: Combine 700 ml (3 cups) cold water and Lemon Gin Spritz mix, stir thoroughly until dissolved. Add 125ml (1/2 cup) gin then slowly add 175ml (3/4 cup) prosecco just before serving. Add ice to your glass and fill with prepared Lemon Gin Spritz. Garnish with lemons and enjoy! For a classic cocktail just moisten the rim of your glass with lemon and coat it with our Citrus Glass Rimmer before adding ice. Makes 6 servings.FOR A SINGLE SERVING: In a glass, combine 120 ml (1/2 cup) cold water and 17.5 g (1 tbsp) Lemon Gin Spritz, stir thoroughly until dissolved. Add 20 ml (3/4 oz) gin and 30 ml (1 oz) prosecco, stir gently. Add ice to your glass and garnish with lemon and enjoy!
