Class : Make the most of this fall's harvest with seasonal vegetables and fruits. Tonight we will whip up three delicious sides that are sure to impress. Not a fan of Brussels sprouts? Our Brussels Sprouts with Lemon & Bacon might just win you over. Forget about carrots—Parsnips with Maple Butter is sure to become your new go-to root veggie. And the Squash, Pear & Apple Bake? It’s practically a dessert, but also the perfect side for chicken or pork, filling your kitchen with the irresistible scent of autumn. Please bring a container for any leftovers. 

About this Class: This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
