HEARTY GARLIC BURGER (6 Burgers)ALL YOU NEED:- contents of pouch of Burger seasoning mix- 680 g (1 ½ lb) lean ground meat of choice- 30 ml (2 tbsp) ketchup or bbq sauce- 45 ml (2 ½ tbsp) beer or brothALL YOU DO:Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.Form into 6 burger patties and set aside.Barbecue over medium high heat until cooked through, turning halfway.Serve on your bun of choice with your favorite condiments.
